10/13/2023 0 Comments G force karts faqAgain, we are disappointed you had a longer wait that expected and that the longer wait impacted your perception of the overall experience we provide at G-Force Karts. We rigorously train our staff on all aspects of proper customer communications and relations, and run constant quality control to make sure they deliver (and over deliver) on expectations. We need younger, energetic employees to keep up with the fast pace of our entertainment facility. With regards to your input about kids running our operation, we employ some younger people (say under the age of 30), but that is part of the nature of this type of entertainment facility. If we were to let more people play at a time (using the lasertag example), our arena would be more crowded, more chaotic and less fun. We can only run so many people through our facility while still maintaining the same thrilling experiences. People love what we provide, which in turn sometimes mean they wait a bit longer than desired.such was the case here. Saturdays (especially this time of year) can get very busy, which is a testament to the popularity of our karting, lasertag, etc. We take tremendous pride in our outstanding reputation for delivering an unrivaled experience to anything in Richmond (let alone the state), and take your concerns seriously. We sincerely hope the person in question makes a speedy recovery from whatever ailing they are dealing with, but we are confident their issues are a result of something else that happened long after your experience at G-Force Karts.Ĭrystal, We are certainly disappointed to see your 2 star review, and to read about your perceptions as to how we operate G-Force. Each and every customer racing with us is required to wear a helmet, a neck brace and a harness. We take pride in working very hard to control and maintain our environment to provide a fun and safe entertainment experience. To have someone say our facility is run and managed by teenagers is insulting and incredibly inaccurate. My point is that while we do employ young folks and teenagers (like many entertainment facilities who rotate between full time and part time employees), we train our staff well on how to properly and safely run our facility. My evening manager who is 28 came in to work that evening shift at 5pm. My Assistant Manager is 24 and worked the front counter that day, along with my main counter employee who is 27. My track staff was headed up by a 24 year old. I worked all day and continuously checked on all of my staff. I worked and was in the building working from 8am Saturday February 27th until 10pm that day. I've owned this facility for many years and I take personal and professional pride in our reputation and our operations. This individual shouted and made insulting accusations about G-Force Karts which I know personally are not accurate. When I (Jason Yarema, the owner) received the first call from this individual on Wednesday March 2nd, I tried to listen and reason with the individual calling, but had a hard time communicating. We keep records of each and every race on file at all times, in part to address any potential concerns or issues. There were no stops in this particular race for any crashes or issues, which we can tell from looking at your lap sheets and times. No injuries or complaints were reported to us at any time. There were no red flags or stops in the race and everyone exited the race after what appeared on all front to be a fun racing experience. Each racer in your group appeared to drive well for their first race in our facility. For the person in question you referenced, her second to last lap was the fastest of the race, meaning she was racing well at the end of the race. The race was a full race of 15 laps or more. We've researched this incident in question and are well versed on what transpired: On Saturday, February 27 your group came in and raced at 1:50pm in Heat #82. We accept responsibility for our actions and our track conditions if/when appropriate, but this is not one of those instances. This review hurts us to read and we can tell you are frustrated but we stand firm in saying these accusations are wildly inaccurate. We take not only the safety of our customers but also the operation of our facility very seriously. I am posting this response directly on behalf of the owner, Jason Yarema.
